A blog carnival is a weekly summary of the best blog posts on a given subject. In our case that subject is fantasy sports. Any post that has appeared on any blog during the past week is eligible for submission to the carnival host. The carnival host (and the host changes every week) will select the top 5-15 posts from the submissions and also will select a “Best of the Week” post to be given top honors.
Why participate in the Carnival of Fantasy Sports (CoFS)?
- To show off your mad sports knowledge and writing skills!
- To spread the word about fantasy sports (Viral marketing at its best)!
- To bring in new readers to your blog!!!

If you would like to host the Carnival of Fantasy Sports, please send an e-mail to be placed on the list. So far, all but one week has been claimed, so there are plenty of opportunities to get in early to host in 2007.
You can read the FAQ to get an idea of what’s involved in hosting a blog carnival.

Hello fantasy sports enthusiasts! The Carnival of Fantasy Sports was started to build a blogging community among the many participants in fantasy sports. It doesn’t matter if you’re a fantasy sports blogger, GM, commissioner or if you play fantasy baseball, football, golf or pick ‘em, this carnival will have something for you.
This carnival is open to everyone who is a member of the fantasy sports community or the sports community in general where your information could help a fantasy GM. Once again, welcome!
